“ I didn't realize the restaurant is inside the chevron gas station until I saw the sign on the building. There are 2 tables in the back if you want to dine-in. They work with a few of the delivery services and offer a full takeout menu. The food is delicious!! It's not quite as Americanized as other Indian places I've tried around here, which is such a joy! They even have a list of gluten free options and can substitute coconut milk in a few dishes to make them dairy free. I had the chicken curry with coconut milk and it was fantastic. Plus they use basmati rice, cooked perfectly. I probably won't dine-in, but I'll definitely come here for takeout! ”
“ Ok, yes, this is at a gas station! Yup... But, the food is good and service is also good. I hope they make enough to get a real place. Until then, the food is good and they get it ready in a reasonable time. Just plan to take it home. Had the butter chicken, curry chicken, cheese Naan and egg rolls. All were very good and I will come back to try all the other things. The only tweak is that my daughter likes things mild (don't ask me why) but there wasn't offered an option for that. Thank you guys. I am excited to try your other offerings. ”
“ This place is a hidden gem for Indian food! It’s amazing. The employees are so nice and accommodating. I will be returning and trying all of their menu options. Very clean eating area! ”
“ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing food! The flavors truly remind you of a typical Indian wedding — rich, authentic, and full of taste. Every dish was delicious and perfectly spiced. If you want to experience real Indian flavors, this place is an absolute must-try! ???????? ”
“ We didn’t realize when we went for lunch last weekend that Namaste was literally inside the mini mart - but the food was so good that we really didn’t care. Everything we ordered was delicious. The portions were huge, with lots of meat and chicken. The service was great as well. I can’t rave about the ambience because we were eating in the back of a mini mart, but the food made us forget about that. We might opt for takeout next time — the point being that there will definitely be a next time. ”
“ The food is amazing! I got the chicken curry, great flavors and lots of chicken. The veggie Pakora was a so delicious and was an awesome serving size. The samosa chaat is gonna be my go to order when it’s just me, samosas smothered in a chickpea sauce, Rita, and coriander chutney. The garlic naan is awesome. I can’t wait to try everything else. But it’s gonna be hard not to order all this over again. The staff is very nice. It’s in the chevron gas station, so the “atmosphere” is not the best for dining in, but who cares when the food is this good, and such a great value. It took 25 min, but that just means it’s made fresh and to order. I’m bummed I didnt take photos, I will next time. *Update I took photos. Pictures is the samosa chaat, veggie pakora, butter chicken with jasmine rice, and garlic naan. ”
“ I had never had Indian food before tonight, and decided to try this place on a whim. I couldn’t have been more pleased. The server was patient and very friendly, helping me decide what to order. The food was incredible, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere, though in a gas station, was excellent. Highly recommended this place for anybody who loves great service and equally great food! Thank you to the amazing server and chef! My friend and I both loved it. Wish I could rate it higher than 5 stars! Hopefully these guys are able to get their own full size restaurant at some point. “ I was looking for dinner and stumbled on Namaste Poulsbo. I love Indian food so gave it a try, can I just say Wow! I did not expect a gas station food mart to also have such great food. I had a curry, some samosa, and garlic Naan. I ate there on a small table in the store. It was awesome! If you need an Indian food hit for take out or very casual dine in, stop here. You won’t regret it. ”
